At Method Race Wheels, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that wheels must not have been mounted or balanced to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original factory boxes, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned wheels for mounting marks or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
